For shops that use the SupplyKaro app, and for distributors.

How to ask

1. Write to [email protected], or ask your distributor to pass the request on.
2. Give your shop’s name and the mobile number you sign in with.
3. We may call or message that number to check the request is really from you.

We reply within 30 days, and delete the account within 90 days of confirming it.

What we delete

• Your sign-in: the mobile number and every signed-in session.
• Your shop’s profile: name, owner’s name, address and delivery days.
• Your wishlist and notifications.
• The random number the app creates for updates.

What we keep, and for how long

• Bills, payments, returns and khata entries, because Indian tax law requires them to be kept. We keep them only as long as the law requires (usually up to 8 years), then delete them.
• Nightly backups, which are gone within 7 days.

Bills are also your distributor’s own business records, and they may keep their copies under their own policy.

Distributors: the owner can close the whole account the same way. Its data is deleted within 90 days, except the records above. See the privacy policy for the rest.
